MSC Launches First Sustainable Cookbook with Help of Chefs from Around the Globe
The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) announced the launch of its first sustainable seafood cookbook as part of its initiative to push shoppers to choose sustainable seafood for their meals.
Alongside 10 chefs from across the globe, the book is aiming to “encourage and inspire shoppers to commit to making the best environmental choice when buying the seafood they love this year, and beyond.”
